Seriously enjoyable rehab, I had an ACL reconstruction that just wasn't responding to physio and returning to football was looking impossible. By chance I heard about Willie and wow, 4 months of structured rehab and him making exercise look simple would drive you to prove you could match him ha ha he always had something new to put you in your place. I'm back playing, feeling stronger and confident.
